I think I should say something sweet and a little more personal. "Happy Holidays, Blah Blah Blah" is annoying and almost rude. These are people who are working and you're a real human being. I would say something like: "Take a vacation really well, and that next year it will be the best for you and your family and for us all. Yours ....."
